Homemade curd casserole with cheese
Curd casserole can be a great weekend breakfast for those who try to avoid pastry.
An interesting combination of cottage cheese, cheese and herbs will not leave anyone indifferent.
Cooking time 20 minutes.
Ingredients
- 400 grams of cottage cheese
- 150 grams of kefir
- 2 eggs
- 60 grams of cheese
- 40 grams of cornstarch
- a few sprigs of dill
- to taste of black pepper
- to taste of salt
Method
Place cottage cheese, eggs, kefir, starch, salt and pepper in a blender and mix.
Grate cheese.
Cover the baking dish with parchment. Put half of the curd mass into a mold, then sprinkle with half of the grated cheese on top. Place the other half of the curd on top of the cheese and sprinkle with the remaining cheese on the casserole.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180 C for 45 minutes, then let the casserole cool slightly. This will make it easier to cut.
