Don't be afraid of change: Believe in yourself
No matter how trite it may sound, to be successful , you need to believe in yourself. It does not matter in which area you want to succeed: in self-improvement, in business, in career advancement or in the opposite situations. It is important to believe in your strength and show reasonable obstinacy in achieving the goal.
The intended goal is achievable if you go to it, in spite of any difficulties, and listen to your intuition, which will tell you the solution in difficult situations.
You will need strength, so take care of your health - do not smoke, do not abuse alcohol (it is better not to drink at all), do not overeat and never lose your temper - anger can destroy not only your psyche, but also your relationships with others.
Many people are afraid of change. They want to stay in their cozy inhabited little world, where it is convenient, cozy and safe. You can read dozens of books on how to be successful , but if you don’t start doing anything, then nothing will happen. Take a step forward, do not let internal fears prevail over yourself and success will not take long.
