  • Fresh yeast

  • Tomatoes in their own juice

Let's make the dough. Dissolve the yeast in water, add 10 g of salt, 30 ml of olive oil and 200-250 g of flour. Knead a homogeneous and smooth dough. Cover with a towel and leave for 1 hour. Then we knead and leave for another 3 hours.

For the sauce, knead the tomatoes with a fork, add 40 ml of olive oil, 10 g of salt, ground black pepper, dry oregano and tear fresh basil with our hands. We mix.

For the filling, tear the mozzarella with our hands into small pieces. Roll out the dough and transfer it to a baking sheet greased with olive oil. Grease the dough with sauce, bake for 10 minutes at a temperature of 240-250 degrees. Then add the cheese and put it in the oven for another 3-4 minutes.

Serve with olive oil and garnish with basil. Enjoy your meal!
