Delicious Grilled Corn at Home
Ingredients
- Fresh corn
- Butter
- Vegetable oil
- Egg
- Lime juice
- Garlic
- cheese sticks
- Chilli powder
- Salt
Cooking
Cut the corn into several pieces (optional). We stick toothpicks on both sides and coat the cobs with butter. Grill in a pan on both sides until golden brown.
For mayonnaise, heat the vegetable oil with garlic. Add cold vegetable oil to hot oil, mix.
Drive an egg into the blender bowl, add salt, add lime juice, begin to beat with a blender and pour the prepared oil in a thin stream.
Roll the cobs of toasted corn in mayonnaise, then roll over on chopped cheese sticks. Sprinkle chili powder when serving. Enjoy your meal!
