Delicious Brownie with Salted Caramel at Home
Ingredients

In a saucepan, melt the sugar over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally to keep it from burning.
When the sugar is amber in color, remove from heat and add butter at room temperature. Stir for 1-2 minutes, until everything is smooth.
Stir in cream and salt. Put on fire and stir continuously for 30 seconds. Remove from heat and let the caramel sit for 15 minutes.
In the meantime, preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Line a 20 x 20 cm mold with parchment.
Melt butter. Combine it with eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt.
Add cocoa and flour and stir again until smooth.
Distribute slightly over half of the dough over the mold. Spread about ¾ cup of prepared caramel on top, just short of the edges. Cover with the remaining dough.
Bake for about 40 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick: it should come out of the dough dry.
Cool dessert and cut into rectangular pieces. You can additionally pour caramel over them.
