New RPC/Access Node for the Bitshares Community [United States 2/5+Balancer]

With HUGE gratitude by people from Telegram Bitshares DEX and here, with upvotes and appreciation community showed, for JUST ONE RPC node in USA, we had to throw in one more. We know it's not enough, but for now, it's ok. Hopefully in January, together with Foundation ( @xeroc and @bitshares.fdn ) we will be able to finalize USA project for the Bitshares.
Node is fully synced, up and running, but, before next UI release you WILL HAVE TO ADD IT MANUALLY TO ACCESS.
When you add the node

and YOU ARE CONNECTED!
(UI Bug with addition of custom nodes)

- Node is secured with Comodo SSL that is fully and 100% correct implemented to it.

Thanks Tony! It's been week around the clock and apart of Thailand, we brought 4 full RPC nodes up! When are done with Foundation for USA, Balkan and Russia are next. I already have a deal to build up next week Slovenia and Serbia as RPC Balkan/SE Europe for Bitshares. Demands start popping out from community :)
