Günümüz internetinin temel protokollerinden TCP/IP ve UDP destekeyen ESP minik bir Server olarak kullanabilirsiniz.

Dilerseniz AP modunda, access point olarak kullanıp mevcut wifi ağınıza daha uzaktan bağlanmak için ESP'yi kullanabilirsiniz.
Pin ve Anten çeşitlerine göre (dahili antenli, harici antenli, anten girişli, seramik antenli vb) ESP 01'den ESP 12'ye kadar versiyonları vardır.
Popüler MicroControler cihazları ile hayli uyumlu çalışabildiği gibi, kendisi de başlı başına bir mikro denetleyiciolarak kullanılabilir.
