PEPES AYAM
Ingredients
- 1 kg of small pieces of chicken
- 3 Tomatoes
- 7 fruit wuluh starfruit
- Basil leave
- banana leaf for wrapping
- cooking oil
Seasoning
- 7 cloves of garlic
- 8 cloves of red onion
- cayenne according to taste
- 5 red curly pink
- 1/2 thumbs of ginger
- 1/2 thumb of turmeric
- 4 pieces wide galangal
- 6 grains of pecan
Additional: - Brown sugar
- salt
- flavoring
How to make :
- Wash the chicken that has been cut, kucuri with lime + salt.
- Fry all seasoning until tanned brown.
- Add salt, seasonings, and brown sugar in the cobek. Then input the spices that have been fried and then uleg until smooth.
- After finely spice first taste the sweet, salty it. Then input the spices into the chicken container and stir until blended.
- Put pieces of tomatoes and starfruit mix well, then input basil leaves.
- After stirring evenly all the ingredients, wrap using banana leaves.
- Steam for approximately 30 minutes.
- Serve with hot rice.

Bahan bahan
- 1 kg ayam potong ukuran kecil
- 3 buah Tomat
- 7 buah belimbing wuluh
- daun Kemangi
- daun pisang untuk membungkus
- minyak goreng

Bumbu uleg - 7 siung bawang putih
- 8 siung bawang merah
- cabe rawit sesuai selera
- 5 cabe merah keriting
- 1/2 jempol jahe
- 1/2 jempol kunyit
- 4 potong lebar lengkuas
- 6 butir kemiri
Tambahan : - gula merah
- garam
- penyedap

Cara membuat :
- Cuci bersih ayam yang sudah di potong2, kucuri dengan jeruk nipis+ garam.
- Goreng semua bumbu uleg sampai kecoklatan.
- Tambahkan garam, penyedap, dan gula merah di cobek. Lalu masukan bumbu yang sudah digoreng lalu uleg sampai halus.
- Setelah bumbu halus cicipi terlebih dahulu manis, asin nya. Lalu masukan bumbu ke wadah ayam lalu aduk sampai rata.
- Masukan potongan tomat dan belimbing aduk rata, lalu masukan daun kemangi.
- Setelah diaduk rata semua bahan, bungkus mengunakan daun pisang.
- Kukus selama kurang lebih 30 menit.
- Hidangkan bersama Nasi panas.
