The Best Time to Drink Coffee Not in the Morning

In an impression of ASAP Science, it is mentioned that in the morning the natural cortisol levels in the body are very high and if at this time caffeine enters the body it will produce two health problems.

Caffeine in coffee can interfere with the production of cortisol in the body which causes the body to produce cortisol in low amounts. So in this condition the body will need more caffeine.

The second problem, the habit of drinking coffee in the morning will not provide energy for the body will make the body tolerant to caffeine. As quoted by the Time page, Wednesday (16/11/2016) according to a study in 2009, the best time to drink coffee is at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

Coffee drinkers should also consider and adjust their caffeine intake. A good dose for coffee, only one cup a day.
