A Mysterious Beam Stranded On The Coast Of Europe

Objects with a black rectangular shape, similar to the chopping board are carried by the waves to the coast of Europe. Does anyone know where the object came from, there is only one word hint "Tjipetir" are printed on the surface of the chewy noun.

Tracey Williams, Newquay, Cornwall, United Kingdom tried to solve the mystery. She tracks it from the word "Tjipetir" and as a result he finds that the word corresponds to the name of a rubber groves in Sukabumi, West Java, Indonesia which operated from the late 19th to early 20th century.
