Bread of Martabak
Who does not know Martabak, these Martabak exist throughout Indonesia with different names according to each region.
Martabak is a bread made from a mixture of wheat flour, baking soda, yeast, coconut milk and so forth.
The mention of Martabak in Bangka called Hok Lo Pan. On the island of Java including Bandun Martabak known by the name Terang Bulan. Another lago Aceh mention of the name for Martabak is very unique. This name is slightly negative if interpreted in English. I also do not know why our ancestors in Aceh named for "Apam Keubeu".
