Reading Article about Blockchain

After reading some Article about Blockchain, which I understand is only:Blockchain on Bitcoin is a decentralized system. This means that Bitcoin is not influenced by any government policy.

And the transactions that occur in this system can not be canceled. When there is a transaction error, the funds can not be return to sender. this teaches Us to be more careful in transacting.

this is all that I understood. I still have must read more about blockchain to be more understanding...

Please correct if there is something's wrong which I have written about blockchain.
