Familiarize healthy life is the activity we must do. health is a matter for life and to achieve anything we want. without a healthy body we can not do any activity well. for that we must get a healthy lifestyle in order to achieve all that well.

Here are some very important things that are a healthy way of life to keep our body healthy and avoid various types of diseases:

1 * Keep the environment clean and avoid actions that can cause environmental pollution and stay away from contaminated environments as it will harm health.
2 *. Bath at least 2 times a day, this will keep the body fresh and at least a way to eliminate body odor that must be done regularly.
3 *. Avoid smoking and stay away from cigarette smoke
4 *. Consuming 4 healthy 5 perfect to get balanced nutrition as human body need.
5 *. Reduce foods with high fat content.
6 *. Avoid foods containing preservatives, dyes and flavoring is excessive because in the long run will cause disease risk.
7 *. Avoid drinking alcoholic beverages or drinks with high levels of sugar and caffeine, drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water per day.
8 *. Keep the clothes we wear is always clean and immediately replace if dirty, of course with regular bath every day.
9 *. Avoid stress and stay calm in the face of every problem.
10 * .The body regularly will make the organs of the body work properly.
11 *. Eat regularly and maintain a balance between activity and rest.
