Expel the negativity
The Human mind is designed to act on what you think of everyday. It can look for faults or positive thoughts and the moment it finds it, be it a negative or positive thought, it iterates and amplifies it.
It tells the body what to do, so if you think negative about yourself, the mind will tell your body to act negative and you are going to suffer for it.
Don't compare what you are going through, the trials, the tribulations to others, they already have a lot on their plates and you don't know. The others you compared your situations to were positive thinkers thats why you could see them happy.
You and only you, owe yourself to be happy. Do what makes you happy and not what makes others happy. Think of yourself first before others, this is not selfishness, this is, you trying to be rational.
Make you own decisions today to be happy, don't wait for someone. Do it yourself. Put in the effort when you make that decision. Don't slag behind.
Life is not easy, it was never might to be. What you think you are going through is bad, someone somewhere sees it to be good.
To expel negative thoughts I try avoiding negative people, I also smile and laugh, laughter still remains the best medicine and I focus on how to radiate love to every one I know, this I've found helpful.
Yes laughter will remain the best medicine, as it brings a sort of fulfillment in you. When you laugh your body feels like you've achieved something.
