How do you want to be taken care of? A responsible adult wants to be cared for by others. Respecting and taking responsibility for self and happiness takes time. Admittedly, taking responsibility for happiness and ourselves is challenging at times. Yet, when are we most sad?


As children, begin to be more responsible for themselves. Start with taking responsibility for your own thoughts and feelings. Stop blaming others for your problems. You have to learn how to let go of old beliefs and rationalize new ones so that you can stop blaming.

Another important key idea is to replace your negative emotions with positive ones. Instead of focusing on the negative things in your life, focus on the good things. This second key idea is an important first step in developing healthy responsibility.

The third key idea is to take responsibility every day for your thoughts and feelings. Even if you feel like blame is not a way to deal with something, labeling it does not get it off of your mind. Instead, acknowledge the feelings and thoughts as they occur so that you can control them.

A final key idea is to stop blaming yourself and others. It is impossible to avoid all bad relationships and negative thoughts. So, learn to move on from such bad relationship and poor choices. Blamers should leave well enough alone.

Finally, take responsibility for your life means living for you today and tomorrow. Do not look for someone else to take responsibility for your life. If you are in a bad relationship, blame someone else and do not hold yourself responsible. Instead, take responsibility for your actions. Do not complain about someone or something when it is not your fault and you can learn from your past mistakes.

In conclusion, remember to stop blaming yourself and start taking responsibility for your own happiness. When you take responsibility for your own happiness, you have developed the ability to create happiness for yourself and others. You will also have the self-respect that comes from knowing that you are not helpless. You can learn to be in charge of your life and the happiness that come from it. Finally, stopping to blame others and begin taking responsibility for your own happiness will lead to a happy life you can be proud of.

In conclusion, stop blaming your life on circumstances outside of yourself. Stop labeling your thoughts as negative and blame those that are making you miserable. Start taking responsibility for your own happiness and stop blaming others. Once you do, you will see your happiness skyrocket and this will lead to happiness in your family and within your business.

If you have previously made the wrong choices in life and have been unable to change them, you may find that you will continue to make poor choices in the future. By taking responsibility for your own happiness you have the ability to correct your actions in this situation. You no longer will find excuses for poor choices and you will be able to change them. It is true that sometimes it is difficult to make changes, but if you have been avoiding these choices and excuses in the past, it may be time to take responsibility for your own happiness. You may find that the new circumstances that have presented themselves in front of you are better than the situations that have occurred in the past.

When you take responsibility for your own happiness, you will also discover that you can sit back and enjoy the fruits of your actions. By taking action, you will be able to take responsibility for your own actions and you will be inspired to become more proactive. Your inspiration to become more proactive will come naturally. However, it can be difficult to sit back and wait for this to happen without becoming impatient. If you are impatient you will not enjoy your actions or they will not bring about the desired results. So, by taking responsibility for your actions you will also be able to control your own energy so that you are inspired to act in a more positive manner.

The third key idea is that by taking responsibility you will also have the courage to try new things. The only way that change can occur is by trying things in a positive manner. If you sit back and expect that change to occur automatically, you will not experience any growth. The first step in becoming effective is to take responsibility for your daily habits and then find a way to encourage them to continue to move forward rather than expecting an outcome that has already occurred.

Finally, when you take responsibility for your life you will be able to realize that you are in charge of everything that happens in it. You will no longer allow something to happen on their own and you will become very proactive in ensuring that things go exactly the way that you want them to. If you can accomplish these three great life changing keys you will live a life with confidence instead of doubt and with an abundance of energy instead of being full of dread. This way you can live a great life and you can make sure that every day has the perfect ending.
