Create Happiness With Your Thoughts

People live in a world filled with stressful emotions. Negative thoughts can cloud your critical thinking causing you to be overly optimistic and have unrealistic expectations. You may feel like you are in a never-ending battle with stress, yet you know you are not. In order to create happy emotions, you have to first understand your emotional state. Your thoughts and feelings determine your state of mind, which in turn affects your happiness and your response to stress.

By taking a moment to observe your emotions you will soon learn how to adopt a positive frame of mind. Positive emotions give us the energy and motivation to reach our goals. The truth is that most people are living in a state of dissatisfaction. Most people want more money, more freedom, better relationships, or to accomplish things that really aren't possible for them right now. When you realize that you are unhappy with the reality and the circumstances in your life you will begin to have more hope and motivation.

When you think of something as being impossible you shut down because you feel discouraged. Unfortunately your negative thoughts are all too common. But if you are able to focus on the possibility of what could be you will feel empowered and your courage will increase. The key to achieving anything is to stay focused on the goal. The only way you will remain positive while your mind is consumed by the negative is by choosing to live in the here and now and ignoring all those factors that prevent you from reaching your potential.

Your thoughts also directly influences your behavior. If you are thinking that everything is terrible and the world is coming to an end then your behavior will be quite the opposite. When you make decisions based on these thoughts you may find them to be quite difficult to follow through with. The truth is that you control your own behavior. The only way to change what you think is to choose to act differently.

Your thoughts also directly influences the way you feel. For instance, if you believe that you are worthless then you will feel worthless. When you choose to believe that you are valuable you will be able to attract more valuable and attractive thoughts and feelings.

The next time you are faced with making decisions you must choose to act based on what you want. Your reality is your reality. What you think about it, can you live it? If you decide that you want to create happiness for yourself then you will be able to create it from your thoughts and feelings. You must let go of your negative thoughts and replace them with positive ones in order to feel better about yourself.


The most powerful tip to live by is to eliminate all the negative thoughts you have about yourself. Begin to look at your positive thinking positively; have you ever noticed that people with positive thoughts about themselves look like they are glowing? Their skin glows; their hair shines. When you start to notice your thoughts and start to change them into positive ones you will be able to bright side your life. To change into a happier being you must allow your life to be brighter than you currently believe it is.
