Student Leadership Training (LKD) is an absolute requirement that must be followed by all students who want to be a leader of student institutions both at Student Executive Board (BEM), Student Representative Council (DPM) and Student Association (HMJ) in Lhokseumawe Polytechnic University campus.
Latihan Kepemimpinan Mahasiswa (LKD) menjadi syarat mutlak yang harus diikuti oleh seluruh mahasiswa yang ingin menjadi pemimpin lembaga mahasiswa baik ditingkat Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM), Dewan Perwakilan Mahasiswa (DPM) maupun Himpunan Mahasiswa Jurusan (HMJ) di lingkungan kampus politeknik negeri lhokseumawe .

This was conveyed by the Dean of the Polytechnic of the State of Lhokseumawe, Prof.Dr.H.Misri A.Muchsin, M.Ag when giving direction to the opening of Basic Leadership Training (LKD) in 2018 organized by the board of Student of Politeknik Negeri Lhokseumawe.
Hal ini dikemukan oleh Dekan politeknik negeri lhokseumawe , Prof.Dr.H.Misri A.Muchsin, M.Ag saat memberi arahan pada pembukaan Latihan Kepemimpinan Dasar (LKD) tahun 2018 yang diselenggarakan oleh pengurus Dewan Mahasiswa politeknik negeri lhokseumawe .

"I look forward to the leadership of student institutions, LKD become one of the requirements to lead the organization of students in the future. Because to be the chairman must get a certificate LKD ", said Misri, Friday (23/3/2018) in the hall polytechnic country lhokseumawe.
“Saya berharap kepada pimpinan lembaga mahasiswa, LKD menjadi salah satu syarat untuk memimpin organisasi mahasiswa kedepannya. Karena untuk menjadi ketua harus mendapat sertifikat LKD”,kata Misri, Jumat (23/3/2018) di aula politeknik negeri lhokseumawe.
Basic Leadership Training (LKD) activity is a formal container to produce the best cadres in an organization that has the ability to do something in achieving organizational goals.
kegiatan Latihan Kepempimpinan Dasar (LKD) merupakan suatu wadah formal untuk menghasilkan kader-kader terbaik di dalam sebuah organisasi yang mempunyai kemampuan untuk melakukan sesuatu dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi.

Furthermore, hopefully this leadership training is able to give birth to the best cadres of Adab as well as stock for the board who will be the leader in his organization in the future.

“Kalian adalah penerus Adab dan Humaniora kedepannya, untuk menjadi pemimpin yang baik dan berkualitas tentu dibutuhkan bekal yang cukup untuk menjalankan organisasi kedepan”, kata Misri saat memberi arahan sekaligus membuka acara LKD 2018 di Aula PNL , Jumat(23/3).
