WpGen is Android application can produce a solid color, and multicolor (gradient, plasma, etc.) wallpapers. you can choose from a number of color predetermined or add it yourself. this application designed for Android 4.0.3 and newer.

3. add features edit wallpaper. users can edit the color or drawing.
