This time it is about Volkswagen and Fordu. Two giant automotive industries have failed to find out exactly what they are planning to do, just as their goal is to better meet the evolving wishes of customers.
In other words, two companies will watch the state of the market alertly and react promptly when there is a significant interest for a certain type of vehicle.
Volkswagen and Ford have just signed a Memorandum of Understanding, which does not include acquiring share capital, so Volkswagen will not buy Ford shares or Ford Volkswagen.
It remains to see where this strategic partnership will lead a German-American duo.
