[Translation to Spanish] Citrus-CAF an open source compiler (13% to 59%) 10% in total

Hello, Steemians.

The translation was made with my own knowledge. The only tool used to clear doubts was the English-Spanish dictionary of Larousse.

The work contains 4708 words and 1206 strings

Today I finished translating 10% of Citrus-CAF. Total strings added: 145. 481 words (10%). Waiting for approval.
