@ China launch first mobile telecom satelite

The satellite name Tiantong-01 will establish mobile network serving China, Africa, The middle east and other areas.

The ground services will be operated by China Telecom, which is own by state of China.

Sent in to space after midnight local time in Beijing (1600 GMT) on Sunday.

China is planning to settle on the Moon and explore Mars
