ES GABUS: Segeeeer!
Hai sahabat steemians semua. Hari ini saya akan menyajikan jajanan masa kecil kita dulu yang harganya Rp 50,- hahaha...
Rencana mau di kasih warna merah putih aja, Eh si adek request warna. Pokoknya yang rasa anggur, strowberry dan melon katanya. Jadilah warna seperti diatas.
BAHAN
- 2 pcs tepung hunkwe @70gr (140gr);
- Sejumput garam halus;
- 1 gelas munjung gula pasir;
- 3 gelas santan kekentalan sedang;
- Pasta strawbery, grape dan melon;
CARA PEMBUATAN
- Masak semua bahan sampai mengental;
- Bagi 3 adonan sama banyak, lalu beri pasta;
- Tuangkan kedalam tempat persegi (saya pakai wadah plastik, karena loyang kebesaran);
- Setelah dingin, lalu potong, dan kita bungkus pakai plastik, setelah itu bekukan didalam freezer. Siap dah.
