BAJIGUR COFFEE: Ademnya Sampai Ke Hati
Hei sahabat steemians. Apabila musim hujan datang, mari kita hangatkan badan dengan minuman tradisional yang satu ini. Lebih enak lagi jika ditemani rebusan singkong dan pisang, sambil memperhatikan rintik hujan yang jatuh membasahi rumput di taman. Yuk kita intip cara pembuatannya.
BAHANNYA
- 4 cm jahe, (bakar, di kupas dan memarkan);
- 1500 ml santan dari 1 butir kelapa atau boleh Santana siap saji;
- 300 gram gula merah, di iris;
- 2 cm kayu manis;
- 2 sendok teh kopi bubuk (kalau saya pakai Nescafé sachet aja);
- 4 lembar daun pandan.
CARA MERACIKNYA
- Langkah pertama, masukkan semua bahan dalam panci, lalu masak dengan api sedang sambil diaduk secara perlahan-lahan, di tunggu hingga mendidih;
- Langkah selanjutnya, angkat lalu saring;
- Terakhir, Minuman siap disajikan. Mudahkan kawan-kawan steemians semua.
