APPICS is a decentralized social media built on the top of the STEEM blockchain.
The users get rewarded for posting contents on APPICS. There are a total of 16 categories of contents, ranging from sports to lifestyle. Other than the regular users, the platform employs influencers to sort the best content on the platform and give exposure. Their upvotes hold a bigger value, so when upvoted by influencers, the users get larger rewards.
However, since the platform is still in alpha phase, even the early birds who regularly contribute on the platform can be picked as "influencers".

I've heard APPICS from visiting other steemians that are also using appics and I'm really curious on what is appics. Now, that you gave me more information, i'll try to use appics and this is also like a share2steem that i've also used these days like it is a cross posting where you can post on instagram and at the same time, it can also post on steem platform.
Wow! This hunt truly deserves a 'wow' at-least. I am amazed that not a single, out of so many 'wow souls' bothered to mark their footprint on this amazing and useful hunt;)
I am hopeful that it will be lot more popular in future than instagram due to its rewarding system built on blockchain. The people who are fond of taking and posing pictures can make their passion a rewarding one by using it. One of the best hunts of today!
Appics has some features same as Instagram but this next generation project different for the earning platform and also it is belonging to a block-chain technology program that is going to famous in coming days. There is a voting system for enhancing the quality project through a decentralized system. Direct transaction transferring system available between the users as quickly.
I have seen my friend's post, @iqbaladan using APPICS, but I don't try it yet. Maybe I need to learn from him how to use APPICS.
I'm surprised APPICS is not already here :) I personally use the app, and it is nice and simple and easy to use. The design is great. Waiting for the masses now :)
This is going to be a great application for the future giving decentralized social networking experience similar to Instagram. The future is going to be about monitorizing the contents that you post online and share with your friends. Now for posting and sharing contents in social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram, you don't get anything in return. But by using APPICS, anyone can monitorize the contents they share. And the contents will also be permanently stored. Nice hunt.

While the UI is quite easy to grasp and use. As a user of it I really kinda liked Appics and looking forward to the release of the Token of it as well (was able to get some) besides the team are indeed doing a nice job in being touch with the users (shows a positive sign as well).
