I just finished a 5.626km run that lasted about 0hh:42mm:43ss !

Got out for a solid five'r with my homegirl @caitycat! Felt really good on the old joints to get moving a bit more after my big run on Monday. Solid pace, great conversation, beauty sunset, and the finest company anyone can ask for. What's not to like about running!?
