Is this #vanlyfe van, a work van or other? How is #vanlyfe going? We're actually looking to go down a similar path next year (depending on how my work pans out)...
This is our beloved Big Red -- our #vanlyfe van. However, it was courteous enough to be useful for commuting to work-related places today as well!
We had a lot of fun doing the conversion so far! Still have a ways to go. Just gotta find a chunk of time to spend a few days working on the next steps (electrical and some plumbing) -- makes it tricky when we're living downtown w/o a garage.
You should def do it -- they're pretty dope. If I could, I would totally just cruise around for the rest of my life. Explore the continent in comfort and (relative) style.
We have plenty of space, and might even be able to park in a stables thing during winter so we can work on it...
... but we have other restrictions to manage... my partner wants a van she can properly stand up in, and she wants a loo to be built in. So big red looks awesome, but I think we'll need something with a couple of inches more height, even though (I think) you're way taller than us.
