Christmas Eve Run

I just finished a 8.493km run that lasted about 0hh:53mm:5ss !

## Twas the Day Before Christmas
And I managed to drag my ass out the door for a jiggy jog! Feeling like I've really overdone it on the food though.

Chips, beer, chocolates, breaded buffalo cauliflower burgers. Got more salt than I know what to do with these last few days.

When in doubt -- sweat it out.
