Golden Hour at the Harbour

I just finished a 3.929km run that lasted about 0hh:28mm:36ss !

Another gentle run along the water with my friends at work. It's nice running at a conversational pace -- keeps me from pushing it too hard when I'm still suffering from some leg pain. No matter though.

Today I was joined by a lady who had just returned to work after a yearlong battle with breast cancer -- needless to say, her motivation and positivity are inspiring and infectious.

Looking forward to getting bqxk into a rhythm -- I've been obsessing with getting EXHAUST working to the point where I've let a bit of my exercise practices slip by. Time to summon some energy and ramp up on developing EXHAUST while I get back to form with running and climbing!!!
