Friday Lunch

My sister treated me to lunch at a new shop in town. She has eaten there once before and attested that the food was not too bad.

We ordered a pizza and a small bucket of spicy clam chowder with crunchy toasted garlic bread to share. We also decided to try out the stirfried beef noodle which is a house specialty. As with many new setups these days, fusion food is often on the menu.

The food is served piping hot which I liked. The spicy clam chowder was a tad salty otherwise it was a thumbs up. I liked the cheese pizza as the crust was thin and crispy with yummy cheesy topping.

The beef noodle was less interesting. The gravy was almost overflowing and the noodle hardly visible. I love lots of gravy but that was too much.
