Catastrophic Chernobyl

I can't remember who wrote the post on Steemit about watching the miniseries Chernobyl now that Game of Thrones is over. Thank you for this wonderful suggestion.

I have just watched three episodes. I must say that the first five minutes of the first episode was not exactly interesting but then how many shows commence with mind blowing intensity? I had thought of switching channels as science fiction is not my cuppa tea but then if it gets good reviews, it must be reasonably good.

I decided to extend my watch time for a few more minutes and I was not disappointed. This drama tells the story of heroic men and women who risked their lives in tackling the horrific Chernobyl nuclear disaster.

If you have not watched it, you ought to give it a go. You won't regret it, I promise.
