        It is actually very useful. But besides knowing the gift, I think the more important part is to know the heart of God; because God sometimes call us to something we think we can't do it (or not gifted) but yet this is something God will instill new gifts to us.
        I would say, be ready to be flexible and step out of our comfort zone, that would be the ultimate gift that we can bloom anywhere we go.
