UFO sightings @ Montana Roja

Hi All,

Today I am going to share this picture with you, what I shot from a top a volcano Montana Roja, which is situated in the far South of Lanzarote near to Playa Blanca. The view down to Playa Blanca and Papagayo is incredible from here.

The mountain has been linked to mysterious UFO sightings in the in the early 1980’s.
There was a sighting of a UFO recorded over the Canary Islands on the 22nd June 1976.
The event was witnessed by hundreds of people (including military) over different islands and lasted for 40 minutes.

This photo of the view of Fuerteventura was shot by Tim McGraw who was on holiday in Lanzarote during June 2004. He hadn’t seen the strange shape moving across the sky at the time, only when he viewed his photos later.
