
あーもう昨日ですけど、昼は生麺を茹でて醤油ラーメン。
偶然?にも、昨夜仕込んだナンチャッテ焼豚(茹でた豚肩肉の醤油漬け)的なものがあったので、それとゆで卵、小ねぎ、キャベツ、キムチ、海苔をトッピング。
生麺にさっぱりした醤油味、私のような世代にはノスタルジーを誘う味です。
