あーもう昨日ですけど、昼は生麺を茹でて醤油ラーメン。
偶然？にも、昨夜仕込んだナンチャッテ焼豚（茹でた豚肩肉の醤油漬け）的なものがあったので、それとゆで卵、小ねぎ、キャベツ、キムチ、海苔をトッピング。
生麺にさっぱりした醤油味、私のような世代にはノスタルジーを誘う味です。

This soy sauce-flavored ramen is Japanese Old style ramen.
A nostalgic taste for generations like me.
