My Visit To The Well Beer Al Shifa|| 1400 Years Old Well\ 3-09-2022
History
The well (Beer Al Shifa) is 1400 years old, the well is famous by two names "Beer Al Roha" and "Beer Al Shifa" means well of shifa, muslims stay at this place drink water from the well when they were on the way to makkah but the water was bitter all those who drank the water fell ill so from next they stop using this water.
Location
The well is located 80 KM away from Madina Munawara, The wadi is expand 25 KM, sorry I forget to save location there on maps but if anyone want to visit I can share details to him/her.
The Story How Bitter Water Become Sweet
Once Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W) was passing through this wadi on his return from ghazwat rested near the well with there companions to drink water but the villagers stop them saying that the water is poisonous so the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W) put his sacred saliva, the water turned sweet even some says the water is healing so the well was named (Beer Al Shifa).
This is the place from where 70 prophets passed through, Hazrat Musa (A.S) passed through this wadi with his companions to perform hajj. Domesday will not come till that time when Isa Bin Maryam (A.S) will pass through this well as a pilgrims. May Be possible that Allah will add both for him means umrah and hajj in one journey.
My Visit To The Wadi And Well Of Shifa
Today i get a chance to visit this sacred wadi called the (Wadi Of Delightsome) Our Prophet (S.A.W) named this wadi as "Wadi Sajasij" Al Roha is the destination of carvans, this is one of the famous place in the life of Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W).
We were in madina so we decided to visit the sacred well, so we wakeup early did breakfast and left toward our destination, the well was not so far because we planned to visit Maida e Bad next, I will share that detail in another post, the well was surrounded with safety wall to protect the water as such we cannot see the water in the well because the water was deep in the well but a little sunlight was falling in the ware and there was a little shine which shows that the well is not dry.
We stay there for some time drink water from the tap, the water of well was bringout through an electric motor and filled in a tank from where we easily drink from tap and also fill a 5 Litter bottle to take home because it was shifa water, when I drink the water it was not heavy to stomach and was sweet Subhan Allah it was too hot so we left toward our next destination.
I didn't wrote anything about well from my ownside, this is the history in the books you can also read, this was my today's post I hope you love to read this, see you soon with next post until then Allah Hafiz.

Allhamdulillah for everything, its a wish of every Muslim to visit the holy places from where our dear prophet passed through, when you go and walk there one thing come to mind that these are they ways our prophet (S.A.W) used to walk and stay and heart says Allhamdulillah i get a chance to walk here.

You have described this 1400 years old pilgrimage in a unique and good way and I have never heard about it before in my life but I am very happy because it is about 80 km away from Madinah. Yes and you are doing a great job and water used to be drunk here but not now because at that time water was available from far away and the whole area was desert so there is a well here which is closed now.
@shabbir86 the well is not closed, the water is available to drink there and the water is really pure and able to drink, who told you that the well is closed now?
