Triathlon Training Tips #2 - Running
As I am doing triathlon, I would like to share tips how to start and improve your triathlon skills.
First of all going out to run is the key. If you are new and want to start. Start like with walking 30min or 2min running+4min walking and step-by-step increasing running minutes and decreasing walking. Basic sessions you can do is 5min run+5min walk 30min, next time 40min and 50min to hour. If you are comfortable, you can do only running 30min, next 40min and 50 min. Your body is getting used to running and you can run more.
