Say No to Child Labour
To steal away a child’s life and deprive him/her from his rights, is Child Labour. To not to let a child live his/her childhood can poison his future.
Depriving a child from enjoyment, education and to achieve their dreams, and pushing them towards labour is a crime. It is the responsibility of the society to stop child labour.
Child labour can also be termed as exploitation for financial gains. Children are made to work at some industries so that they can be paid low wages. Some work that is completely prohibited by the government, when children work over there is an offence.
It could mentally, physically and emotionally be quite disturbing for the child.
There can be several reasons for child labour. Some are as follows
Poverty : It has become a serious issue across the world. Lack of money, food and shelter can make a person helpless. To be deprived of the primary needs of a human-being, could force a person to do anything. Due to poverty, families force their children to work at an early age.
No jobs : Due to lack of job opportunities, some parents fail in the upbringing their child. This eventually leads to poverty. Many children are seen hawking on streets, working in a cafe, etc.
Illiteracy : It is the main reason behind poverty. People can be illiterate either due to lack of motivation or lack of money. It is our society’s and government’s duty to motivate children and their parents and make them understand the importance of education. A nation or a society cannot be civilised until every single man is educated and bearing the fruit of happiness. Civilzation should be comprehensive.
What the society can do to stop child labour?
Free Education : Give them the privilege of free eduction. The ever increasing school fees has become a hurdle for poor families.
Create jobs : When man decided to go against the nature, he started depriving of his bread and butter. Man made machines and now machines made man jobless. Government should into things like organic farming, making fertilisers from natural products, etc.
Child labour not just destroys a child’s life, but it also hollows the pillars of the society. Rather than donating them, start accepting them as a vital part of the society. Create awareness in poor people of their rights. Give them their life by educating them, because they are the future of our society.

Child labour is very prominent in Third World countries with poverty and illiteracy being the foremost root cause.
Child labor is a scary thing, in some poor country child doesn't have choice but to work just to feed themselves.
