Very informative post. Everyone should know this, cos all of us are habitual of drinking water along with our meal. There must be hardly few people who actually keep a track of duration for drinking water.
Its unbelievable that just by drinking water at right time can cure health ailments. Water is magical medicine. That's why it is called as life :)

Sort:  

Knowing the right thing is good, but implementing it, is the important thing. Most of us know when to consume water, but hardly anyone does that. So it was just a reminder.
