Man in the Mirror

We all crave for change, we all want things to get better, and we all wanna see good things happen to us and the people around us but then when it comes to making moves towards that we look at one another, we push blame and we push the workload around hoping that another person would pick it up and do.

What we all know ought to be done we do not do, we stay in our corners and expect the government and the MPs to come and do everything for us, we expect our siblings or parents to do those basic things for us, and we rely on friends who may have been there for us a while back and we just keep going back to them.

The truth of the matter is that if we ever wish to see that change we so much yearn for then we ought to make a move, things need to start from us just as the King of Pop once sang, we are the men in the mirror, whatever is happening is only a reflection of us, our thoughts, our actions, our deeds, etc.

And so if we decide to do something about it today, we can call upon others to join the course and we wouldn't look at Hippocrates because we would be doing what we are preaching, and together we can make an impact. It may not happen in a day or two but it will eventually happen and we would get to see the change we so much want to see. And so I am starting from the man in the mirror which is me and I hope you do the same too...
