Great video man! Yes I totally agree social media can lead to depression and anxiety. There are so many pictures of friends and other people who are having fun, posting pictures where they look the best, etc. And we constantly are comparing ourselves to others, which can lead to depression. Thoughts like, "I am not as good looking as that person, I am not in a relationship like that person, I am still single, that couple got engaged...etc." Thanks for making a video about this important topic! :)

You touched on an important word. Comparation. It is with her that our sense of worthlessness can happen, if we do not have the self-knowledge to understand that we do not have to be the same as the people in the pictures !!

Agreed! :) Unfortunately it is "human nature" to compare ourselves with those around us. But we don't have to let those comparisons define us. :)
