Hello DTube and Steemians!

In this episode of In the Kitchen with Matt I have another Kitchen Product Review for you. I will be reviewing and showing you how to use the Brod & Taylor Folding Dough Proofer and Slow Cooker. First off, I really enjoy kitchen gadgets and anything that makes my life a little easier. I also like versatile products that can do more then one thing, which is the case with this dough proofer and slow cooker. You can use it to help your dough rise faster and better, you can use it for slow cooking, as well has for making yogurt, and many other things. Plus it folds up for easy storage. It is fairly expensive but if you make dough all the time, it is worth it! :) I am happy I have it in my kitchen and I use it all the time.
