In this episode of In the Kitchen with Matt I will show you how to cook rice in a rice cooker. Using a rice cooker is really easy to do and you can make perfect rice every time! I love making rice and using it in a variety of dishes. Growing up I also cooked rice using just a normal pot on the stovetop, but once I got a rice cooker I never looked back! It is really easy to do if I can do it you can do it. Let's get started! :)

Ingredients:
1 cup of rice (180g)
1 1/2 cups of water (375ml)

Depending on the rice you may need to rinse it several times. :)
