Heart shaped cat tongue cake recipe.

There's nothing wrong if today we make snacks at home. The snack we are going to make is a Heart Shaped Cat Tongue. This one cake is usually present during Eid. But if you're in the mood to eat it, we make it now! Here's the recipe.

Material :

- 50 g Wijsman

- 50 g Margarine

- 50 g Holman butter

- 100 g of powdered sugar

- 2 egg yolks

- 1 tbsp Vanilla Butter Essence

- 20 g Milk powder

- 200 g Wheat flour

- 2 egg whites

- 10 g sugar

How to make :

1. Combine wijsman, margarine, hollman butter, powdered sugar and egg yolks. Beat on high speed for 3-4 minutes or until fluffy.

2. Add vanilla butter essence. Beat again until the dough is pale and fluffy.

3. While the dough is whipped, add the milk powder and flour. Beat until the mixture is evenly mixed.

4. Take another container. Add egg whites and sugar. Beat until fluffy and stiff.

5. Enter the egg white mixture into the first mixture. Beat again with a mixer until the mixture is well blended.

6. Put the dough into a plastic triangle. Cut the ends a little and shape the dough as desired.

7. Transfer the dough mold to a flat pan. Bake at 130 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.

8. Take out the cooked cat's tongue, wait until it cools down so that it is easy to remove.

9. Serve.
