The Mighty Volcano - Every CannAchist Should Have One!

A week ago in pure celebration of having part time electric back again,and no chance to buy crypto with some cash, I decided it was time to get a vaporizer again...Well either that or get a really nice 1kg of handpoured silver in a bar at the same price..

Oh did I say A vaporizer?! I meant to write THEE vaporizer -

The Volcano! by Storz & Bickel

It's been 10 years since the lastime I owned one, or better to say that its 10 years since I had the money for one floating around and electric at the same time!

This was the first vaporizer I had got back in the UK when I was living that drone lifestyle and I'll never forget it. Even today its just as good as it was back then which leaves me to believe that it must still be the best NONPortable vap on the market for having at home. I have no affiliation with this company, I am just a very happy customer who enjoys this product and wanted to give a review of it here on Steemit. Lets dive in to the two main benefits from using vapes :

• Health.

Its very obvious that tobacco is bad for our health, and depending on where you were born, determines how you smoke weed. I was born in the UK and there we make "Spliffs" we use tobacco or cigarettes in joints or spliffs, usually the most part of a cigarette is usually placed as a layer then the weed or hash added, and then the rest of the ciggy added on the top before being "skinned up" (rolled). In the USA and actually all other parts of the world outside of Europe, use none or little tobacco if any.

I was smoking an 8th of weed a day, that's like 3.6g, spread out over say 8 to 10 joints which were always mixed with tobacco. Dam, its dawned now upon me that it wasn't even organic tobacco and that I had never even thought of Organic Tobacco at this stage in life!

With Vaporizers, there is no damaging effects to your health like smoking because there is no combustion happening, nothing is being burnt and so no carbon is being created, you just inhale the fumes of the ganja.

• Finance.

My friends all said to me that I was stupid to buy something so expensive as it cost 500Gbp back then, but from using this, I could use that 3.6g of weed that I usually smoked for nearly 7 days instead with the volcano, and so I saved the money 7 Fold for the next 8 months. I consumed much less tobacco and hated the taste and smell of it, but reluctantly still smoked a small joint every Friday night. I actually pritty much stopped smoking tobacco for around 8 months and had completely turned into a fan of vapes!
I had to get one for moving around, I like to smoke ganja as if its normal wherever I am and that means I had to look for a portable vape. I first got a Vapir I think it was, it was a good one, I remember I broke it and happily went to get another one as it was so good. Then I came across the magic flight launch box! Wow! For someone who loves simplicity this was perfect for me! this was just the time when I was getting a van to go travel and live in, all very life and mind changing times.

What im Vaping..

This is the remaining trim from last harvest a mixture of CBD Critical Cure, Mazar and Acapulco gold and ground up its perfect to use in the volcano. Its not as strong as bud, but still very strong! And I have hash, of course! Amnesia Lemon :)

Here in Norway its all about the Hash. The green doesn't last 5 seconds it seems, but back in UK it was all green and terrible hash and so I never really bothered to use hash in the Volcano, unlike this time! The Volcano comes with a filter designed for liquids such as aromatherapy oils ect, but you can use it for hash. Below to the right of a weed filter..

The crumbled Amnesia Lemon hash in the pic Above, is around 0.15g, this is enough for a minimum of SIX bags of vape! And after 2 bags you will be stoned for a good hour even if your a hardcore toker! This is a laughable amount to be expecting to get up to six people feeling high from, but it can. When the time comes and I will need to buy more bags due to over use or damage, then they come available in 10m long rolls that you cut the length as you wish. That's when it gets fun!

Above is a cross section view from the side. Lets turn it it on, and make a bag of pure vape! The latest temperature chart I found for the best medicinal quality's said that between 350 and 375f is the correct temp to vape at. I have the Volcano Classic and Not the Volcano Digital because firstly the digital one takes longer to heat up (over a minute if I remember correctly) to temperature, and secondly I like minimalism with technology that I use. The Classic just has a turning dial to set the temp, without having the actual temperature numbers marked on it, but one can find easily the chart as shown to the Left.

First step!

Turn it on, just flick the switch. It takes some time to heat up and so I have a couple of minutes to say that these were designed for anyone to use- anyone as in "user friendly terms" to allow all levels of physical ability's or disabilty's to be able to use it. I cant find the video anymore but I have seen a guy with no hands, be able to use this for his medicine years back, by using his mouth mainly and his head to move bigger parts like the bag.

Its ready, the yellow light in the middle has gone off letting me know its up to temp. Now, I want to show you How efficient these things are and why they are worth investing in

Above is the two parts that sit on top of the Volcano, and you see that perfetic amount of trim leaves there? That's actually enough to get 2 nice bags of vape!

That goes in the chamber and sits on the mesh filter. Then the 2nd part is locked in place on top, which will all then sit at the top of the vaporizer as seen in the second picture.

Two types with two different combinations exist, the classic volcano, with the solid valve or easy valve - (which is what I have here) and the digital one that is also able to have the solid valve or the easy valve setup. At first I was disappointed that the solid valve wasn't really available in the shop in the city and that they only had the easy valve set. I'm actually happier with this easy valve than the solid-valve set due to the simplicity and the chamber don't get blocked like the solid valve system. It comes with 5 bags and 5 mouthpieces and some accessories, which makes it much more sociable, and if people share a house then 5 people can have there own personal bag and mouth piece. The Bags and mouthpiece have been designed very well so that for hygiene reasons the mouthpiece (the black part) is a replaceable part that is pritty much disposable so different people can use them without sharing.

Now its turned on by pressing the green button (its not on in the pic) and you leave it to pump air through for 5 seconds without adding the bag, then just add the bag which clips on securely to the chamber piece which will be collecting the now pumping out vapor.

Remember that measly pile of trim? Here's the first of two bags of vape! German Efficiency at its best there is no doubt they speak German in Agartha!

The effects are superb..

A mate here never had vaped before and the next day after having a bag, he went and got a portable one for himself!

If your wanting to use cannabis for whatever reason you choose to choose but are not a smoker, and cant be fucked to cook with it, then go grab a vape! If you have a dry place with electric to live in, then its worth every penny to go get a volcano. Ive been thinking lately that if people vaped a bag or two every day, and THC has been proven to attack cancer cells, then maybe we can prevent cancer in ourselves by including a bag of vape in out daily intake of vitamins and whatever else you take supplement wise, which should be a prevention against cancer?! Makes sense to me anyhow! What does everyone think to that?!
