"Red Cascade"

I wasn't quite sure if this photo counted as "foliage", as I thought the word just meant leaves, but according to Merriam-Webster the word can also mean...

3. A cluster of leaves, flowers, and branches

...so it should qualify! :)
 

I'd never seen this particular type of plant before, but I did some Googling, and apparently it's called a Red Cascade (Euonymus europaeus). The red flowers conceal a hidden orange seed which is revealed when they open up in the Autumn.
