DTube | Slacklining for Balance & Fun
Hope you enjoy these compilation clips from Ini on the slackline. Slacklining engages basically every muscle in the body, while giving a core workout. The friend we were staying with had a long, wide line set up and Ini loved playing on in amidst their jungly backyard.
Join him as he bounces on the line, walks backwards & forwards, and isolates various muscle groups all on the slackline! It's really a great workout!
