2 - 3 Cups Tbs Vegetable or Canola Oil (for frying)
1 Chopped Medium Sized Onion
21 oz Box Minute Steaks
Egg Roll Wrappers
American Cheese (1 slice per egg roll)
Salt & Pepper to taste
