First of all we held the meeting in the afternoon and informed all the young boys and elder women of our village to participate in our meeting. We work as volunteers so anyone who wants to participate in our meetings. Here we are not given any financial support or money for any work, so we have come here for the development of the village on our own responsibility. The topics we discussed are:-

First we identified how many people in our village fall into the category of rich middle class and poor. All together we gave opinion and made a list of which we prepared by arranging various help and cooperation for those who were poor. Really nothing is possible without planning so we planned that no people in our village will go without food and everyone will be working. The meeting ended with the plan that we will start working for those who were poor.

In every village of Burdwan, drug consumption and intoxicated youth are often seen. We talked about this because in every village someone is addicted. We discussed how to get them out of this addiction. Because we don't want to see a boy intoxicated in our village because today the next boy but tomorrow my son will definitely be intoxicated with them. They are the leaders of the future, but if they have drugs in their hands, then our society and country will go down in the future. So everyone was given to refrain from addiction and the harmful aspects of addiction were presented in front of them.

According to my opinion, good health brings prosperity and success. For health and intellectual development, we must eat nutritious food. Currently, vegetables are being produced in large quantities through the use of pesticides and fertilizers. But they are very harmful to sar so we discussed about sowing vegetable seeds at home to make organic vegetables and they provided us vegetable seeds long ago. It is possible to inaugurate everything from organic vegetable production by planting vegetables in the yard of every house in the village, so we have received and given instructions to work accordingly.

We must know about the use of sanitary latrine to keep the body well from disease germs. Must wash hands with soap after using the bathroom. And we guessed whether there is a system of toilets in the village for everyone. We have had many meetings before about the use of Matrine and our village is very advanced in this regard.

The number of school dropouts in our village is very low because our village is small and 99% of the people in this village are often literate. So the children of our village rarely leave school.

Various types of allowances are provided by the government such as widow allowance, old age allowance, medical allowance etc. to the old age. Those who are covered by the victims of our village were asked to bring under such allowance and there the list was made.

People may need money at various times. So it was discussed that we should create a small firm and every week everyone would voluntarily deposit ten or twenty rupees and it would be a big and fat sum. It could be given loans and help in any natural disaster. It's still in process and we haven't moved forward with that yet.
