This game along with Chess is commonly called CHECKERS. It is one of the oldest game in the world. It's a game of cerebral competence hence,the game is said to improve IQ. It has been found that those who are very good playing these games are highly cerebral.
What is health? According to WHO Health can be defined as the complete physical,mental and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease or illness. Checkers are games which can improved your mental wellbeing as it has been proven to improve cognitive ability. Personally, I enjoy playing draft and chess because they are games of mental fitness.
