This Just Has To Be Addressed
Talk about pushing a propaganda narrative, well done Time magazine.
This is just the most perfect example where the narrative band wagon is so much more important than the truth, this example from Time is fraught with political bias. We live in a society where the majority only reads the headlines and form their opinions based solely on this, it is rather pointless that they even bothered to publish a correction on their website. The propaganda has been posted and that is all that matters, Trump is evil and we must all hate what he is doing or what he is going to do. The extent of this one sided hypocrisy and bias has escalated so far out of control, the news is basically now just the personal opinions of what people think regardless of the truth.

The most insane part of this whole issue is that there was absolutely no issue with this for the last 12 years. Not just that, but how are the actions of the parents who subject these children to the horrors of illegally crossing the border, where more than 80% of the girls and women are being raped in the process, not being addressed? Which would be worse, your parents putting you in direct danger of being killed or raped, or the government separating you from these irresponsible people? How are we sure that these people crossing with these children are even the parents? These questions are basically just thrown out the window, because there was a image of sad kids in holding cells,maybe they are sad because of what these so called parents put them through, if they even are the parents.

Fucking immigration. What a can of worms.
First off, these are not immigrants. These are people that entered the US illegally. Which means they knowingly broke the law of the land. Jail, deportation and excluded from legal immigration is the penalty and they know it.
I don't like seeing families split up, that can never be good. Legal immigrant families are never split up.

I agree completely Tom, the other question is, how many of these children are being accompanied by human traffickers, how can even the government know if the people they are with are even their real parents?
