MemeLogic - No Criticise China
So China, South Park and the NBA Walk into a Bar
I just love the news, there never seems to be nothing happening, and it's usually the most mundane stuff that is on everyone's lips. Specifically this week has been the whole Joker issue, which I will get some other time, but I had two conversations with people who haven't seen it just parroting the leftist headlines they read about how it normalizes white male violence and "Incels", just facepalm me please. Anyways getting back to China, South Park and the NBA.
Some guy called Daryl Morey who plays for some team in the NBA said on twitter that he supports the folks protesting in Hong Kong and fighting for their freedom. Everyone immediately distanced themselves from the statement, the NBA itself issued an official statement expressing how deeply offended they were at Morey's words as well as felt they were very inappropriate and hurt the Chinese people's feelings. Obviously this is all about the money, just keep in mind that Winnie the Pooh was banned for his supposed resemblance to Xi Jinping, the supreme leader of communist China.
"Trump represented a movement of dissatisfaction, the dissent, unhappiness, division cultivated by years of identity politics and the bullying of arrogant, insufferable, intolerant social justice warriors who used the last two terms to punish anyone who reminded them of Daddy." - Greg Gutfeld
The latest episode of South Park took a massive knockout swing at the extreme censorship in China and how the American entertainment industry to caters to the political interests of the Chinese Communist party. Which then in the most ironic cases of life imitating art, got the show banned in China and virtually scrubbed from its super firewalled internet. Trey Parker and Matt Stone raised awareness of China’s dominating political demands on companies across the world in literally one episode. The touched on everything from alleged organ harvesting, and the cultural genocide of Muslims, and yes they even had time to compare the fearless leaders to Winnie the Pooh. They did sort of apologize in the end, but not really. The point here is that these companies don't give a shit about issues, they will say and do what ever it takes to make a buck, you know like when the all pretend to care about pride month, don't be fooled.
"Social justice is a cancer. Social justice means you are ruled by whatever the mob does. What social justice does is destroy individual responsibility." - Rafael Cruz
